Course content
Examples of leading warm-up of the exercise unit to music. Manipulation with hand apparatuses (skipping rope, ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon). Combinations of elements with hand apparatuses. Practice of routines with ball and with hoop to music. Individual creation of routine with skipping rope to music.
