Course content
1. Introduction to physical recreation . 2. Influence of physical activity / inactivity on health. 3. Reaction and adaptation to exercise. 4. Response and adaptation to exercise. 5th stress response . 6th Psycho - physiological aspects of physical activity . 7th Psycho - social aspects of physical recreation . 8th Adequacy of the musculoskeletal system due to age . 9th civilization disease characteristics . 10th civilization disease risk factors . 11th Cardiovascular Disease . 12th metabolic disease and obesity. 13. Final evaluation of the course .
