Course content
Problems of fitness and wellness. Health preventive importance of strengthening. Entrance diagnostics of movement apparatus; kinesiology. Strengthening of back muscles; deep stabilization system. Strengthening of chest muscles; pectoral muscles. Strengthening of shoulder and arm muscles. Strengthening of pelvis muscles; gluteal muscles. Strengthening of leg muscles I. Strengthening of leg muscles II. Strengthening of abdominal muscles. Creation of exercises plans. Aerobic training and regeneration in fitness. Regeneration and stretching in fitness. Nutrition in fitness. Specificity of strengthening of youth, women and seniors. Methodology of exercise of beginners and advanced.
