Course content
The classes are orientated on basic physical preparedness, constitutional jogging and training and specialized skiing exercises orientated on the development of strength, speed, nimbleness and endurance. Basic supplementary sports games are provided.

Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.
learning outcomes
Students should be able to take part in the 3-6 day skiing courses with intensive skiing or snowboarding classes and successfully get through the methodical series of the basic stage of downhill skiing and snowboarding.
