Course content
The classes of cross country skiing are mostly orientated on the physical component of this sport. The following skills are mostly developed in the classes: - extensive development of physical condition - endurance strength of arms - strength ability of abdomen and back muscles - reflexive ability of legs ? dynamic strength - nimbleness To develop the strength abilities the method of circle training is most frequently used, either with instruments (skipping ropes, full balls, light dumbbells), or without instruments.
