Course content
Combined physical training for women is intended for students of all faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced students, who want to exercise to the accompaniment of modern music. The exercises are orientated on bodyforming, improvement of coordination and cardio ? vascular system

Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.
learning outcomes
Both beginners and advanced students go through different forms of exercises, they try out aerobic and fitness training with and without instruments and stretching as well.
