Technologibility of design Blanks, choice of blanks and their measurements Methodology of manufacturing process design Classification of time expenditure Assignation of time standard New methods in manufacturing process design Software SYSKLASS Counting of machining time Counting of magnitude of dosage Choice of optimal variety of manufacturing process Type and group technology

professional knowledge
To know several im machinery used technological methods in detail from production of blanks through machining of parts to their montage into final product. For every method is required to know basic principals, used tools and technological conditions. Necesser are knowlidges of check technical aswell.
learning outcomes
Students who pass this course, will be able to develop a documentation for a manufacturing process of moderately complex components. They will be able allso to choose manufactural conditions and count time of manufacturing operations.
