Course content
1. Presence characterized as a global economy. Customer`s role in the market economy. Requirements on quality of products and services. 2. Europian Union. Controlled and uncontrolled legislature areas, regulations harmony in the CR. 3. Basic laws needed for quality of products and services realization ( laws 59; 634; 22 ) 4. Moduli of coincidence. Quality of products and services proving. Quality control systems. 5. Opinions development on quality. EMS and HSMS quality systems. Integrated systems of quality control for a customer`s satisfaction. 6. Monitoring task, measurement and testing in control systems. Information data processing task. 7. Metrology - legal requirements framework. 8. Areas and methods of measurement in engineering industry. 9. Variables measured. Measuring devices and devices handling. 10. Ergonomy - basic principles and criteria. 11. Working system from ergonomy requirements pointview. 12. Work rationalization - basic principles. 13. Methods of working process analysis.
