Course content
Fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Types of entrepreneurial firms for industrial branches. Establishment of a business. Business plan preparation. Case studies and projects in relation with the EU programs. Economic, commercial, personnel, legal, managerial and other aspects of entrepreneurship. Problem and crisis solving. Evaluation of business. Development of business. Topics of lectures according to weeks: 1. Fundament, types and reasons for enterpreneurship 2. Legal forms and foundation of the company 3. Structure of the business plan 4. Structure of the business plan for industrial branches 5. Structure of case study for industrial business development 6. Marketing 7. Strategic company management 8. Economic aspect of enterpreneurship 9. Economic aspect of enterpreneurship 10. Tax aspect of enterpreneurship 11. Company expansion, dealing with problems and cisis in company 12. Business support programmes for industrial business 13. Business support programmes for industrial business Topics of seminars according to weeks: 1. Choice of type of enterpreneurship, type of starting the enterpreneurship 2. Conditions of creating business 3. Design of the business plan for industrial branches 4.
