Course content
1. Firm in the market economy, global development trends 2. Strategic management systém of industrial enterprises, the basis of the strategy 3. Analysis of the general and business environment of the company 4. Internal business analysis, benchmarking 5. Methods of analysis and prognosis of environment development, conclusion of SWOT analysis 6. Formulation of strategic variants 7. Variation evaluation and optimal strategy selection 8. Corporate strategy, partial strategies, ways of omplementing the strategy 9. Strategic and sequential business plans 10. The Balanced Scorecard concept 11. Evaluation and strategy changes 12. Strategic management system and its knowledge support 13. Further development of strategic management
