Course content
1. Classification of physical recreation in the field of recreology. 2. Influence of physical recreation to the physical of person dimension. 3. Influence of physical recreation to the psychological of person dimension. 4. Influence of physical recreation to the social dimension of person. 5. Current sorts of physical recreation. 6. Possibilities of using physical recreation at school. 7. Physical recreation as a tool of health education. 8. Recreation as a tool of rejuvenation and youth health promotion. 9. Educational methodology and forms of the organization of recreational activities at the school. 10.The Methodology of teaching indoor recreational activities in the school environment. 11.Methodology of teaching outdoor recreational activities in the school environment. 12.Movement recreation as an integral part of health-promoting schools. 13.Summary, evaluation of teaching.
