Course content
-Introduction to Strategic Management - Content of strategic management. - Formulation of strategy. - Strategic alternatives - evaluation, choice of optimal strategy - Implentation of strategy. - Balanced Scorecard. - Partial strategies, strategic plans - Updating and changing corporate strategies - Strategic management in a process of globalization.

professional knowledge
Student must: master accounting basics for financial plan formulation; understand macroeconomic development for analyzing external environment of a company; synthesize knowledge of marketing, which is necessary for the formulation of strategic forecasts; use the knowledge of business economics for appropriate planning of future development of an organization; communicate with companies during elaboration of the individual project.

Student is able to: - Formulate strategic vision of a company - Analyze the environment in which a company exists and to respect its development. - Formulate, evaluate and select an optimal strategic alternative - Define an corporate strategy and partial strategies - Select key performance indicators and assign appropriate system of measurement to these indicators. - create short-term goals to implement the strategy; - Communicate with companies during elaboration of individual project.
