Course content
- Introduction, project plan. - Project planning - determination of the terminilogy, processes, activities. - Management of project resources. - Financial Planning in the enterprise. - Cost structure and costing of the project. - Estimation of overheads of the project and ways of calculation. - Price estimation of the project. - Financial tools and their use by budget planning. - Budgeting and project financing. - Resources of project financing. - Applied risk analysis and management. - Managing and control of project cost. - Cohesion between budget and financial plan of the enterprise.
