- Introduction. - Basic terms of project, portfolio and programme management. - Project portfolio management. - Programme management process. - Programme organization and governance. - Programme planning and control. - Cost and Benefits management. - Management of risks and issues. - Configuration management. - Programme accounting and financial control. - Project and programme office. - Project and programme knowledge management. - Measuring and improving management maturity.
