The students can prove fundamental overview of courses: Psychology in economic practice and Basics of management. Student can - utilize basic knowledge of psychology of personality, theories of motivation, - understand social aspects of organizations and management, - utilize knowledge of functions and activities of managers.

Studet is able to: - State an overview of the types of corporate cultures. - Identify the corporate culture of the concrete organization. - Generate the project of the change of an organizational culture. - Use different methods of the influencing of an individual and group performance. - Relate a corporate culture, a strategy of an organization and a human capital of organization.
