Course content
1. Company costs, cost function, several methods of cost function 2. Profit and relation between basic economic company terms - revenue, production, price, cost; choosing optimal option 3. Cost management, cost calculation, calculation methods and types 4. Cash flow 5. Financing of company - types, financial mix, management, sources 6. Financing of company - financial effectiveness, specificity of management in SMEs and large company 7. Investment activities - investment sources, evaluation 8. Purchasing - strategic part, supply optimization, modern way of supply management 9. Introduction to controlling, innovation activities 10. Introduction to innovation activities 11. Introduction to project management 12. Company clustering, entreprises in a global environment 13.
