- Theory of valuation - the purpose and use of valuation in the economic system, valuation methodologies - Creation of databases and information systems, the definition of market value - Theory and practical application of comparative methods - Theory and practical application of yield methods - Theory and practical application of the cost methods - Valuation in banking - security for a loan/credit, mortgage - Valuation in business activities - investments, mergers and acquisitions, synergies - Valuation in insurance - insurance value, liquidating of an insurance event - Valuation of legal disputes, monetary contributions to business companies - Valuation according to price regulations - development of price regulations, using methods - The price determined according to the the price regulation - Valuation of intangible assets related to real estate and valuation of easements - Valuation of business value and prices of special popularity
