Course content
- Introduction to motivation in managing the working activities - theory of work motivation - motivation in management concepts - knowledge of motivation used in practice - application of motivational concepts in managerial practice - motivation, satisfaction and performance of workers - motivation for management activities - key managerial activities - employee motivation - employee evaluation - social working conditions and their impact on satisfaction and performance of staff - communication as a stimulational factor - personnel management role in the motivation of staff - motivation to be creative
