- Introduction into the subject. - Strategic management in public sector and non-profit organizations. - Application of marketing approaches by creating of business plans in public sector organizations and non-profit organizations. - Methodology and metrics of performance measurement in public sector organizations and non-profit organizations. - Controlling in public sector organizations and non- profit organizations. - Process reengineering in public sector organizations and non- profit organizations. - Foudation and evaluation of projects inpublic sector organizations and non- profit organizations. - Effective choice of investment activities in public sector organizations and non- profit organizations. - Communication in public sector organizations and non- profit organizations. - Human resources management in public sector organizations and non- profit organizations. - Influence of EU on transformation of public sector organizations and non- profit organizations.

Student is able to: - Describe non-profit sector a determinate key priorities of its development. - Explain managerial activities leading to fulfilling of set performance goals. - Prelimit area for social entreneurship and define its purpose and priorities. - Relate approaches supporting grwth of quality of life. - Recognize managerial approaches applyable by leadership of human capital in non-profit sector. - Evaluate results flowing from done analysis and set expectable development trends.
