Course content
Content of lectures: - Introduction to the subject, content of current management, history of management - Planning - Organizing, organizational structures, organization unit in hospital - Human resources management, personal planning - Control, phase of control process, quality management- terminology, history, approaches, models - Obtaining and selection of employees, selection process, job analysis - Training and staff development, career planning - Performance management, motivation, work evaluation - Lead meetings, presentation skills

  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 6 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 20 hours per semester

Student je schopen: - uvést do praktických souvislostí znalosti z vybraných manažerských témat, - rozpoznat jednotlivé styly vedení a uvést je do souvislosti s problematikou personálního řízení, - přizpůsobit poznatky o vedení porad konkrétní situaci.
