Course content
- Introduction to business process management. - Key principles of business process modeling. - Process maps. - Data gathering techniques. - Basic approaches to modell a business process. - Methods of business processes analysis I. - Methods of business processes analysis II. - Standards for business process modelling. - Tools used to improve business process. - Analysis and redesign of business processes using tools of business information systems. - Basic metrics to analyse the business process. - Case studies.
