Graduates demonstrate knowledge of civil law in the German-speaking countries, including concepts, institutes and implementation of civil law and civil procedure. Aboslvent further demonstrates knowledge of development tendencies in the area of substantive civil law and procedural civil law in the given area of law. Graduates can lead a professional discussion on civil legal issues in the German language, using appropriate terminology. Graduate is able to work creatively with literature and other sources in the German language. Graduated also able to process professional text in German at publishable level. Graduates will be able to compare Czech and foreign legislation.
