Course content
1. Concept, system, bases and principles of relative property rights 2. Consumer law and other protectionist regulation of the relative relations 3. The emergence of obligations, contracts, content of obligations, joint obligations 4. Changes in obligations 5. Ensuring and affirmation of commitment 6. Termination of obligations 7. Delinquencies (compensation for material damage, delay, liability for defective performance) and quasidelinquencies 8. Delinquencies against the good morals, unfair competition, protection of competition 9. Disposition of property rights and usage rights (purchase, donation, lease, tenure, loan) 10. Services (providing work, undertaking, order, deposit, transportation, tours, health care, financial services) 11. Aleatoric liabilities (insurance, gaming law, provisions, silent company, disposition of securities, provident contracts, public promise, a promise of indemnity)

The graduate must understand at higher theoretical level professional terminology of private contractual relationships, learn the fundamental and minor principles of their legal regulations and understand their role in the regulation of social relations and also taking into account the scientific doctrines and links to the law classical cultural areas of law and the law of EU, among others. Graduated describes the fundamental legal institutes of obligations, assesses their current role and importance for the development and regulation of civil law relations in society, identifies and defines the strengths and weaknesses of current legislation, applies knowledge to model situations in current and specific issues based on an analysis of domestic and foreign case law, evaluates and justifies the solutions in accordance with the laws of the Republic or the EU or in comparison with traditional solutions from the historical legal regulations, eminent legal systems of cultural areas of law, and draws general conclusions. Students demonstrate stylistic and application expertise in formulating a relatively original findings by writing short study capable of critical reviews and publications.
