Course content
- Telephoning, making appointments - Business trips, customs and traditions of Francophone countries - Airlines, letters of complaint - Meetings, equipment of meeting rooms - Opening a meeting, different points of view - Presenting arguments - discussion, closing a meeting - Minutes of a meeting - its format and contents - Introduction of a speaker, delivery of a speech - Selling, markets - Sick leave, injury at work - Fixed and flexible working hours - Sales talk, telemarketing - Pass a command and discuss about details of a command Further information for distant study programme students can be found on the Courseware.
