- Internationalization of business. - International business operations. - Sales contract and its requirements. - Terms of delivery. - Terms of payment. Documentary forms of the payment. - Price calculation. - International trade financing. - Transportation in the international trade. - Risks in the international trade and mitigating measures. - Countertrade. - E-business and e-commerce. - Trade policy. - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). - Consumer protection policy in the Czech Republic and the EU. - Etiquette business meeting in selected countries.
