Course content
1. Asset management. Acquisition / sale of real estate; due diligence; optimization of real estates and real estate portfolios; crisis management; financing of projects; bank financing; mezzanine financing; loans; subsidy; funds; mortgages; PPP; securing commitments; audits; accounting of real estate; accounting legislation; taxes. 2. Property management. Rentals of property, record keeping of owners / tenants of the property; regulation, registration and control of payment of individual clients; restructuring lease relationships; accounting of recovery costs for services; management of receivables and claims; management of payroll of employees; real estate insurance; statutes of occupiers of property. 3. CREM - corporate real estate management, management of commercial real estate; PREM - public real estate management, management of non-real estate; requirements and optimize of the use of space; real estate utilization strategies; flexibility; cost management; promotion of revenues, innovative solutions and intelligent strategy; modelling; information systems; use of internal and external resources services; supply chains; labour relations; culture; control and management; operational stability; effectiveness; productivity.
