Course content
1. Drawing up of development strategy of property portfolio of the model developing company. 2. Data processing for the database valuation analysis of the local real estate market. 3. Valuation of specific building land. 4. Valuation of specific real estate, including land. 5. Drawing up of budgeting of simple building. 6. Drawing up of principles of financing the construction. 7. Due diligence. Feasibility study. 8. Simulation of technical improvement of the building in the variants. 9. Analysis of technological solution of building according to the implementation costs. 10. Analysis of relation between amount of the acquisition cost and technical condition of building. 11. Drawing up of documents for a tender for a contractor. 12. Drawing up of concept of the constructional, technical and architectural supervision. 13. Marketing of building, approval of building, initiation of use.
