Course content
1. Defining of space requirements and related services to selected particular building (hotel, administrative, commercial, etc.). 2. Design and optimization of requirements to the selected specific workstation (hotel room, reception, commercial business area, catering facilities etc.). 3. Determination of basic economic operating parameters of buildings (cost), methods of their monitoring and reporting, analysing of their reserves. 4. Analysis of the technical state of the building, and its building services. 5. Due diligence. 6. Drawing up of development plans, operational plans and reporting systems. 7. Preparing for the negotiations with the owners of buildings, drawing up of situation reports on the operation and condition of the building, investment possibilities and the potential more efficient operation. 8. Drawing up documents for tender, contracts with external contractors and FM providers, contracts with tenants. 9. Drawing up of principles of inventory and passportisation process (accounting, technical and operational). 10. Assessment of energetic and overall operating performance of the building.
