Course content
1. Defining of spatial requirements and related services in the management and operation of buildings. 2. Optimization of requirements for a particular work place, coordination of work with architects and designers. 3. Management of own or external personnel in management of buildings and their cleaning. 4. Waste management in construction, waste legislation. 5. Basics of safety, security, protection of persons, property and health, information security, anti-terrorism protection etc. 6. The rules of OSH and hygiene in the operation of buildings. 7. Management and operation of documentation for operation and management of buildings. 8. Reception services and other service sectors, providing support and facilities of these services. 9. Internal logistics of companies including document management, internal mail, copying services, printing services, archiving services, vehicle operations, taxis etc. 10. Basics of unified forms of contractual documents with external and internal providers (SLA, FM contracts and internal regulations) in accordance with EN 15221 - Part 2. 11. EU principles of Facility management, including familiarity with EN 15221 and the parameters of EuroFM Agenda 2020.
