Course content
1. Survey statistical software. 2. Basic descriptive statistics in Excel. 3. Graphical presentation of statistical data. 4. List of probability distributions 5. Normality tests. 6. Point estimation and interval estimation is the use of sample data to calculate an interval of possible (or probable) values of an unknown population parameter. 7. Statistical hypothesis testing. 8. Presenting and summarising the multivariate data. 9. Statistics analysis in statistical SW.

formulovat a vysvětlit definici pravděpodobnosti (v rozsahu předmětu KMA/PSA)
popsat a vysvětlit principy statistické inference - zejména principy bodových a intervalových odhadů a principy testování statistických hypotéz (v rozsahu předmětu KMA/PSA nebp PSB nebo PSE)
popsat a vysvětlit základní pojmy diferenciálního a integrálního počtu (v rozsahu předmětů KMA/M1)

ovládat na uživatelské úrovni program Excel
použít statistické metody a postupy pro vyhodnocování dat (bez použití počítače)
kriticky zhodnotit zdroje dat s důrazem na jejich spolehlivost a úplnost

aplikovat statistické principy na vybrané reálné problémy a navrhnout jejich řešení ve zvoleném SW prostředí
