1. Introduction 2. Adaptive systems with reference model 3. System identification: recursive estimation 4. Self-tuning systems with pole assignment 5. Optimal prediction and predictive control 6. Minimum variance optimal control 7. Self-tuning minimum variance adaptive control 8. Self-tuning adaptive predictors 9. Self-tuning adaptive filters 10. Structural properties of optimal stochastic control 11. Adaptive dual controlers

After completing the course KKY/AS, students should be able to understand adaptive systems, especially: *to know the difference between conventional and adaptive control, *to know the difference between conventional and adaptive signal processing, *to design identification algorithms, *to design adaptive systems.
