Course content
Application of essential methods from mechanics, elasticity and science of materials. Checking machine parts which are strained with static and dynamic loads. Connecting components based on the principle of a simple imbedded element (with keys, pins and the like), connections using friction (press fit connection, clamp connection), connections using some material (welded connections, brazed, soldered and gluet connections), connections with prestressed elements (with bolts, shrung-on rings). Transmitling parts (shafts, axes etc). Bearings (with concentrated or surface contact). Shaft couplings. Accumulators of mechnical energy (springs). Parts of piping´s systems. During seminars students practise machine design and perform calculate for the above mentioned machine parts.

znalost metodiky kótování a předepisování tolerancí podle funkce součásti (GPS-geometrická specifikace produktu)
mít přehled o technických normách a konstrukční dokumentaci o strojních částech a jejich skupinách vzhledem k popisu parametrů jejich vlastností a konstrukční dokumentaci
znalost úvodu do problematiky navrhování stavebních skupin
využívat teoretické znalosti z oblasti mechaniky, pružnosti a pevnosti

navrhnout (pro zadané zatížení) hlavní funkční rozměry částí strojů
využívat samostatně teoretické znalosti z mechaniky, pružnosti a pevnosti
používat teoretické metody pro pevnostní, tuhostní a životnostní analýzu strojních částí
