Course content
Competencies of state administration bodies in surveying mapping and cadastre: Act No 2/1969 Coll., in wording of later amendments. Act No 359/1992 Coll., in wording of later amendments. Fundamental amendment of the Act No 359/1992 Coll. by the Act No 175/2003 Coll. Most important provisions of organizational codes and rules of procedures of administration bodies in surveying, mapping and cadastre (COSMC, SMCI, LSO, CO). Organizing charts. Acts No 265/1992 Coll., and No 344/1992 Coll. (both in wording of later amendments), and their confrontation with proposal of a new cadastral act. Amendment of decree No 26/2077 Coll. Co-operation of cadastral offices with land consolidation offices and the Land Fund. Policy of COSMC development till 2010. Conception of digitalization of cadastre. State inmformation and telecommunication policy. Information policy of the COSMC sector. Information system of cadastre, design and realization. Excursion to central database of cadastre at the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre in Prague. Act No 46/1971 Coll., on geodesy and cartography. Act No 200/1994 Coll., on surveying and mapping, in wording of later amendments. Activities of Chamber of land surveyors and cartographers. Ethical code of land surveyor. Graduate of MSc. studies is perfectly oriented in state administration of surveying, mapping and cadastre; he is broadly informed about goals and methods of significant projects in the sector of the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre and guided to future obtaining the title Chartered Surveyor.
