1. Essentials legal instituts 2. Legal order and legislative suit in Czech Republic 3. Constitution of Czech Republic 4. Medical Law and systém of health service in Czech Republic 5. Financial aspects of health service 6. Treating with medicament, human tissues and cells 7. Status of health staffs 8. State interference to rights of pacients 9. Protection of pacients rights like consumer 10. Health documentation 11. Protection of personal data in frame of health service

Student comprehends medical legal terminology, reviews essentials legal principles and describes them, understands role and its application of health service. Student will be able to orientate in Czech legal order and will know rights and duties of pacient end health staffs, Student describes essential legal instituts, applies knowledges in praktice model using in health service, be able to act and find solutions in harmony with legal principles, evaluates, justifies and reviews choosing solutions according legislature and concludes general conclusions.
