Course content
1. Introduction to Theory of National Economy, Financial Science, and Financial Law - basic terminology, development and mutual relations 2. Money, its history, development of its forms, currency in relation to law 3. Finance - its development and classification with respect to financial law 4. Capital, capital market, its nature, classification and functions with respect to financial law 5. Financial institutions 6. Czech National Bank, its legal status, authonomy, independence, and financing 7. Corporate Governance in the context of legal theories 8. Reporting of financial position of the company, its legal regulation 9. Competition and its regulation in public law 10. Regional and spacial aspects in public law 11. Macroeconomic and financial policy of the government with respect to public law 12. Fiscal policy with respect to financial law
