Course content
1. Introduction to Theory of National Economy, Financial Science, and Financial Law - basic terminology, development 2. Money, its history, development of its forms, currency 3. Finance - its development and classification 4. Capital, its nature and functions 5. Entrepreneurship, innovations, sustainable development 6. Competition and its regulation 7. Business finance, financial reports and their analysis 8. Financial market 9. State macroeconomic and financial policy 10. Fiscal poicy 11. Monetary policy - CNB, ECB 12. Foreign exchange policy, international currency relations

The student will: - explain the function finance play in economy - evaluate the necessity of legal regulation of competition - understand the role of entrepreneurship and innovations - understand basic infrmation from financial reports - explain functions of money in economy, differentiate between money and currency - explain the role of fiscal and monetary policy of the government - describe basic functions of capital markets - understand basic terminology and relations of theory of national economy, financial science, and financial law
