Course content
Introduction to the issue of comprehensive rehabilitation. Body image exercises. Patients physical activity. Adapted physical activity. Nordic walking. Expressive techniques - introduction to supportive therapies in rehabilitation. Game activities in rehabilitation (physical, memory, logic, teamwork).

Student describes the basic metabolic processes and their importance, for understanding the relationships between the processes occurring in the human body uses knowledge of organ systems, characterize individual human development and examine the factors influencing it in a positive and negative direction. Student organizes his training regime and utilizes in accordance with the motion assumptions, interests and health needs and available physical activities, verified by simple tests the level of health-related fitness and muscle imbalance, choose from the range appropriate fitness programs or sets of exercises to maintain and develop the level of health oriented fitness and self-adjusts them for their own use, choose from the range appropriate files of compensatory exercises designed to change repetitive load, prevention and correction of muscle imbalances and modify them independently for their own use, prepare the body for physical activity due to the subsequent movement prevailing physical load.
learning outcomes
Student enumerates and describe the individual components of comprehensive rehabilitation, describes supportive techniques in rehabilitation, enumerates possibilities of adapted physical activity, prepare and lead patients physical activity unit and accurately reflects the movement, created and led the game for the patients.
