Course content
lectures: 1st Approaches neurodevelopment framework of relations. 2nd Neurophysiological evidence for a neurodevelopmental framework of relations. 3rd Examination within neurodevelopment and sensorimotor approach. 4th Basic principles of testing and therapy concept Bobathových. 5th Basic principles of examination and treatment in the concept of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. 6th Methods of sensory stimulation by Affolterové. 7th Physical therapy by Brunnstrom. 8th Sensory integration by Ayres, sensory integration approach. 9th Forced use of paretic limb and motor learning-system-oriented approaches. 10th Use neurodevelopment and sensorimotor approach for selected diagnoses. 11th Sensory functions and their interaction. Tutorials: 1st Practical training elements of the Bobath concept 1 2nd Practical training elements of the Bobath concept 2 3rd Practical training elements of the Bobath concept 3 4th Application Bobath concept for ADL training for selected diagnoses. 5th Practical implementation of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation? diagonals training for upper limb , in order to improve sensorimotor function in everyday practice aktivir of ADL 1 6th Practical implementation of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation? diagonals training for upper limb , in order to improve sensorimotor function in everyday practice aktivir of ADL 2 7th Practical implementation of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation? diagonals training for upper limb , in order to improve sensorimotor function in everyday practice aktivir of ADL 3 8th Applied techniques according to the concept pripriceptivní neuromuscular facilitation training for ADL. 9th Practical training in the forced use of paretic limb. 10th Fundamentals of orofacial stimulation with dysfunction in the orofacial region. 11th Techniques for influencing sensory function.

After completing the course students are able to describe the basic philosophy of occupational therapy theory , apply occupational therapy approaches into clinical practice.
learning outcomes
After completing of this course student can understand to the basic principles neurodevelopmental and sensorimotor approach applied to an examination methods for neurodevelopmental basis, can define the basic differences between neurodevelopmental and sensorimotor approach, practically applies the elements Bobath concept and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in neurorehabilitation.
