Course content
Activation programs, occupational therapy programs for individual facilities for the elderly, group and individual occupational therapy in dementia in institutional care in dementia physiotherapy, therapeutic and creative activities for children in special institutions, examination, determination of treatment goals, build short-and long-term program of occupational therapy, therapeutic applications units for selected diagnoses in clinical occupational therapy, indications and biomechanical examination and rehabilitation approach in practice, indications and training in the use of assistive devices, training in personnel and self-sufficiency instrumental ADL, work with medical documentation, management of occupational therapy documentation.

After completing of this course student can understand to the basic principles of the occupational therapy process, can practically apply basic tasks of rehabilitation nursing, can compile occupational therapy fitness program (employment occupational therapy) and practically apply it in elderly.
learning outcomes
After completing of this course student can understand to the basic principles of the occupational therapy program compiling, can practically apply occupational therapy concepts and models in clinical occupational therapy for selected diagnoses, can indicate rehabilitation and biomechanical approach in examination of the short-term occupational therapy program, can train practicing of self-sufficiency in personal and instrumental activities of daily life, can train the use of assistive devices and perform proposals to modify the home environment.
