Course content
Lectures: 1. Introduction to business, position and trends of Czech and world electrical engineering. 2. Law and regulations for business 3. Conditions, requirements and forms for business. 4. Electrotechnical qualification for business 5. Conditions for entrance of products on market and responsibility for safety 6. Strategy, targets and planning 7. Management and structure of electrotechnical company 8. Organizing of electrotechnic production and services 9. Company communication 10. Human resources in electrotechnical production and services. 11. Electrotechnical production and their managing. Quality control 12. Quality control and lean production. 13. Managerial techniques. Seminars: 1. Introduction, organizing of subject, submission of semestral project. 2. Business plan. 3. Entering the business (opportunities and dangers), motives of business, types of business forms, perspectives. 4. Law and regulations for business. 5. Managing techniques. 6. Presentation of semestral project. 7. Presentation of semestral project, test.
