Course content
Content of the course follows up on knowledge gained in courses Farsi 1-3. In this part, students learn to express themselves in phonecall and at the doctor´s. Important part of the course is geographical, cultural and society studies (in Farsi) of Iran and Persian spoken territories (Afghanistan, Tajikistan). In grammatical part of the subject, students deepen their knowledge of subjunctive when expressing possibilities, probabilities, necessities, wishes etc. (momken ast, emkán dárd, ehtemál dárad, lázem ast, dúst dáštan, mandžbúr, búdan, omídvár búdan, qarár ast,?). Further, students learn present perfect tense of verbs and past lasting tense (gozašte-je naqlí, qozašte-je estemrárí). Lexical questions focus o wordforming suffixes -eš, -á, -ná, -áne, -mand, -gáh,-gín etc. when forming of substantive and adjectives. Inseparable content of the course is closer encountering of colloquial form of language (zabán-e goftarí). Within the course the emphasize is put on practical language and listening exercises.
