Course content
1. Improvement of communication abilities in daily life, spoken language, reading and writing as well. 2. Familiarization with translation of more difficult texts in MSA. Short excerpts from Qur´an will be read and discussed as well.

The student will be able to: - Read and interpret short stories and poetry in less difficult Arabic. - Discuss the content of read texts. - Differ between inna and its sisters and kana and its sisters and utilize these particles correctly. - Conjugate regular verbs of four-consonant roots. - Summarize selected Middle-East related topic in coherent Arabic essay. - Derives masdar and participles of extended stems of non-regular verbs.
