Course content
The specifics of research in healthcare area. 2. The effect of the subjective view of the researcher, the ethical code. 3. The structure and strategy of research 4. Research methods and techniques, analyses of selected research methods. 5. Research outputs, research reports, publishing. 6. Statistics

learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student evaluates significance of the research and statistics, compares various types of research, recognises and formulates the research problems and hypotheses. Consequently the student compiles a questionnaire and classifies the elementary statistical terms. He is able to carry out basic procedures of the research work and is able to utilise his theoretical knowledge in preparation and formulation of the final thesis.
