Course content
1. State health supervision, its characteristic and related legislation. 2. Preventive hygienic supervision, its scope of possibilities and principle tasks. 3. Common hygienic supervision, its principle tasks. 4. Categories of work. Legal environment and its importance for the health of medical workers. 5. Categories of work ? their relations to preventive and common supervision. 6. State health supervision ? co-operation with other organs and organisations in the execution of supervisory function. 7. Supervising activities in relation to the Act No258/2000 and to the State Supervision Act. 8. Practical aspects in execution of supervisory functions. 9. Written documentation issues in execution of supervisory functions. 10. Legal aspects in execution of supervisory functions, repeated actions. 11. Supervising activities in relation to the established categorisation of work ? various working factors and conditions. Contents of practical exercises: 1. Solution of a model situation ? an assessment of an action within the framework of preventive hygienic supervision 2. Solution of a model situation ? preventive hygienic supervision, possibilities of remedial actions. 3. Solution of a model situation ? execution of common hygienic supervision at workplaces in relation to individual working factors and conditions. 4. Solution of a model situation ? a territorial procedure, a construction procedure, an approval procedure, possibly other situations. 5. Solution of a model situation ? legal aspects in connection with a possible repeal against the decision (ruled by OOVZ), an interruption of a procedure, newly completed and filed documentation. 6. Progress stipulations, time limits, matter of fact justification.
