Course content
1. X-ray examination methods of the chest skeleton and the lungs 2. Projection of the lungs and the chest skeleton 3. Projection of parts of the upper extremity ? fingers, hand, wrist, forearm 4. Projection of parts of the upper extremity ? elbow, arm, shoulder, shoulder blade 5. Projection of parts of the lower extremity ? toes, foot, ankle, crus 6. Projection of parts of the lower extremity - knee, thigh, hip, SI 7. Projection of the spine ? cervical, thoracic areas 8. Projection of the spine ? lumbar, coccygeal areas 9. Projection of the skull ? cranium, temporal bones 10. Projection of the skull ? jaws, nose, eye hole, optic canal, VDN 11. Projection of the abdominal area

A successful student should be able to list X-ray properties and explain their utilisation in radiodiagnostics, to define various X-ray projection methods, to carry out projection techniques while respecting the rules of the radiation hygiene, to perform independently skiagraphy tasks, and to organize work in the examination unit.
