Course content
Lectures: 1.Utilization and specifics of immunoanalytic methods application in cardiology and gastroenterology of metabolic diseases. 2.Utilization of immunoanalytic methods in oncology. 3.Utilization of immunoanalysis for screening programmes. 4.Immunoanalysis and proteomics and use of immunoanalysis in personalised medicine. Immunochemical methods - immunoprecipitation, immunoanalysis. Seminars: 1.- 2. Interpretation of the results for endoendocrinology. 3.- 4. Interpretation of the tumorous markers' results.

learning outcomes
A student acquires basic laboratory habits in the sphere of immunoanalysis, acquaints himself/herself with highly specific and highly sensitive (nmol - pmol) procedures in biological material analysis. He/she makes a practical acquaintance with chosen laboratory devices and will learn to assess the investigative quality parameters and principles of their long-term observation.
