Course content
The course is a part of the Final State Examination of the bachelor's study programme Foreign Languages for Commercial Purposes. The oral examination takes about 15 - 30 minutes. All procedures fully comply with the Study and Examination Regulations at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

Completion of all "prerequisites" in accordance with the study plan of the study programme guaranteed by the Department of English Language and Literature and in full compliance with the Study and Examinations Regulations at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

Students will be able to: - apply theoretical knowledge practically, - note and subsequently interpret from English into Czech and vice versa, - interpret discussions, debates, dialogues, etc., - sight translation, - note-taking and consecutive interpreting.
