Key learning outcomes The graduates show the knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering, economy, legislation, industrial production quality management, and the communication of industrial companies and institutions. They are able to use their knowledge and modern methods of management, business, economy, standardization and legislation. They are able to create scientific analysis of problems through the knowledge integration of new or interdisciplinary branches and form their own opinion on the basis of incomplete or restricted information. The graduates can develop new skills in reaction to the newest knowledge and methods. They can interpret the results, methods and supportive arguments of projects to both professional and non-professional audience with use of suitable techniques. The graduates are proficient in spoken as well as written technical English; they are able to have conversation in this language.

Profile of the programme This study programme is designed as an academic one. It consists of blocks of theoretical courses dealing with the field of electronics, energy, electrical engineering, management and ecology. At the same time, it comprises a blocks of courses focusing on exploiting theoretical background in practice. This study programme is designed to equip the future graduate with theoretical background and skills necessary for study in a follow-up Doctoral?s study programme in a related field of study. In addition, after successfully completing this study programme, the graduate can apply for positions in various fields.
