Key learning outcomes Graduates demonstrate knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, advanced software tools, databases, mathematical economy, control theory, graph theory and discrete optimization, econometrics, finance, cost analysis and knowledge of advanced business management tools and models, business processes optimization, variant simulation, planning and decision-making techniques. Graduates are able construct and analyze procedures within formal and real economical systems and models; analyze organizations (from the financial, market and economy view); modeling, analyzing, predict and identify risks (market, financial, organizational and general) ; take a parts in investment management; measuring of risk and return; analyze market environment a functions; modeling and analyzing competition; analyze and understanding key indicators and aggregate economic data; advanced analysis financial statements and fundamentals of economical prediction techniques. Graduates are prepared for position large economical-software analytic and designer too. Graduates are able to works individually, operate in teams in order to plan, execute, report and present projects; write and orally present and defend a major project (e.g. diploma thesis and school projects).

Profile of the programme This study programme is designed as an academic one, follow-up Bachelor?s study programme Applied Science and Computer Engineering. This study programme deal with the field of study: Cybernetics and Control Engineering, Mechanics, Applied Physics and Physical Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Financial Informatics and Statistics. The graduate can apply for positions in various practical fields such as Cybernetics, Control Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanics, Applied Physics, Mathematics, Financial Informatics and Statistics or follow-up Doctoral?s study programmes: Cybernetics, Applied Mechanics, Plasma Physics and Physics of Thin Films.
