Course content
The content of Forensic Psychology is the psychological issue of ethical aspects of interrogation and testimony, psychological personality characteristics of the offender, the witness and victim, psychological aspects of criminal behaviour, criminal act motivation, and psychological questions of professional training of judges and choice of law enforcement personnel. 1. Ethical aspects of forensic psychology 2. Psychology of interrogation 3. Psychological issues of pre-trial custody 4. Typology of delinquent population 5. Personality of the defendant 6. Psychological aspects of court hearing 7. Psychological aspects of prison sentence 8. Personality of the convict 9. Typology of serial killers 10. Possibilities of resocialization of habitual criminals 11. Psychological expertise in court 12. Psychodiagnosis of psychical assumptions
